From the Clay Oven

These dishes are marinated in various spices for 24 hours and barbecued in the traditional clay oven to give a fabulously complex combination of flavours. Served with a salad and mint yoghurt.

Pearl of Bengal

These dishes are cooked with Pangasius fish, a boneless fillet from the Bay of Bengal. The fish dishes are highly recommended and are in great demand in restaurants all over Bangladesh because of their exquisite flavours.
